Virtual Currency & Purchases Policy
This policy explains how virtual currency and optional purchases work on nexspinz.com for New Zealand users.
1) No Real-Money Gambling / No Real-World Prizes
Our product is a social casino-style arcade experience. It does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual coins, credits, chips, boosts, and items are for entertainment only and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or anything of real-world value.
2) Virtual Currency Has No Monetary Value
- Virtual currency and items are licensed to you, not sold as property.
- They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or equivalents.
- We may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual currency/items to maintain gameplay and security, subject to applicable law.
3) Prohibited Transfers, Sales, and Trading
You may not sell, gift, transfer, trade, or barter virtual currency/items (including through third parties). Attempted transfers may result in reversal, suspension, or termination of access.
4) Optional Purchases (If Offered)
If we offer paid features (e.g., coin bundles, subscriptions, or upgrades), prices will be shown at checkout. Taxes may apply and will be disclosed where required. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
5) Billing, Receipts, and Account Responsibility
- Keep your payment details and account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Receipts and confirmations may be provided via email and/or your account area when available.
- We may place holds, verify payments, or decline transactions to prevent fraud or comply with law.
6) Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
- All sales are generally final for delivered virtual currency/items, except where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) requires otherwise.
- If you believe a purchase was made in error or was unauthorized, contact us promptly at contact@nexspinz.com with transaction details.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access to purchases and/or account restrictions, consistent with applicable law and card-network rules.
- Refunds (if granted) may be prorated or limited and may reverse associated virtual currency/items.
7) Pricing Changes
We may change prices, product offerings, or promotional terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will be shown before you complete a purchase.
