This policy explains how Nexspinz Limited (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use nexspinz.com and related services (the “Service”).

• Account/profile: name, username, email, password (hashed), age/eligibility confirmations, support messages.
• Gameplay/activity: game sessions, achievements, rewards, transactions within the Service, fraud/abuse signals.
• Device/technical: IP address, device IDs, browser/app data, identifiers, log files, approximate location (from IP).
• Cookies & similar: preferences, session, analytics, and measurement.
• Marketing: subscription status, consent/opt-out records, campaign interactions.

8) Children and age eligibility (strict)

The Service is intended only for users who are at least the legal gambling age in New Zealand (20+ for casino-style play under the Gambling Act 2003). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the legal gambling age. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it and may suspend the account.
