1) Eligibility and minimum age

You may only use nexspinz.com if you are at least the legal gambling age in New Zealand. For casino-style play this is 20+ under the Gambling Act 2003. If you are not of legal age, you must not access or use the site.

2) How we verify age

5) Your responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests for verification information.
